Fabiana Leão

With more than 25 years of experience in Tax Law, Fabiana heads the firm’s Tax Litigation practice. She represents clients in administrative and judicial tax disputes at the federal, state, and municipal levels, with substantial experience in complex, high-value cases.

Fabiana also provides strategic tax advice to companies on direct and indirect taxation, particularly in the energy (oil and gas), mining, steel, retail, food, animal nutrition, and fashion sectors. Known for a technical yet pragmatic approach, she combines deep legal knowledge with a focus on her clients’ tax efficiency and legal certainty.

She holds an LL.M. in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), a specialization in Oil and Gas Regulation and Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and a law degree from Universidade FUMEC (2001).
