Enrique is a member of the tax advisory practice, advising companies across a range of industries on direct and indirect taxes, with a focus on strategic analysis, tax efficiency, and risk mitigation. He also has experience in tax litigation, conducting administrative and judicial proceedings involving federal, state, and municipal taxes.
He is pursuing a master’s degree in Tax Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and holds postgraduate degrees in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET) and in Energy Law from the Center for Studies in Law and Business (CEDIN). He is a guest lecturer in postgraduate Tax Law programs, a speaker, and the author of publications in the field, including the book “The Taxation of Electric Energy”, published by Lumen Juris.
