Ana Cecília Battesini

With 20 years of experience in Tax Law, Ana Cecília Battesini handles both litigation and advisory matters, with solid experience in highly complex cases at the federal, state, and municipal levels. Her career has centered on the energy, fuels, and mining sectors, where she advises companies on sensitive tax issues, develops legal arguments, designs litigation strategies, and conducts significant disputes.

At Cunha Leão Advogados, Ana Cecília strengthens the firm’s tax practice in highly complex industries, combining legal insight, sector knowledge, and a close understanding of her clients’ business realities.

She holds a postgraduate degree in Energy Law (2019) from the Center for Studies in Law and Business (CEDIN), a specialization in Tax Law (2010) from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), and a law degree (2006) from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos.
