Fabiana Leão

With over 25 years of experience in Tax Law, Fabiana leads the firm’s Tax Litigation practice. Her work includes representing clients in administrative and judicial disputes at the federal, state, and municipal levels, with solid expertise in complex cases of significant economic relevance.

In addition to litigation, Fabiana also provides strategic tax advisory services, assisting companies on matters involving direct and indirect taxation, with a focus on sectors such as energy (oil and gas), mining, steel, retail, food, animal nutrition, and fashion. Recognized for her technical and pragmatic approach, she combines deep legal knowledge with a focus on clients’ fiscal efficiency and security.

She holds an LL.M. in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), is a specialist in Regulation and Oil & Gas Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and earned her Law degree from Universidade FUMEC in 2001.
