Enrique Loureiro

Enrique works in the tax advisory practice, assisting companies from various economic sectors on matters related to direct and indirect taxes, with a focus on strategic analysis, tax efficiency, and risk mitigation. He also has experience in tax litigation, handling administrative and judicial proceedings involving federal, state, and municipal taxes.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tax Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), holds a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), and a postgraduate degree in Energy Law from the Center for Studies in Law and Business (CEDIN). He also serves as a guest lecturer in postgraduate Tax Law programs, is a speaker and author of publications in the field, notably the book “The Taxation of Electric Energy”, published by Lumen Juris.
