With over 15 years of experience in tax litigation, Danielle handles administrative and judicial proceedings involving federal, state, and municipal taxes. Her practice also includes tax advisory services, with a focus on sectors such as retail, mining, and steel, providing legal opinions and advice on complex tax matters.
In addition to her solid professional experience, Danielle has a distinguished academic background. She holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), where her thesis was recommended for publication. She also earned her Law degree and an LL.M. in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), and completed a postgraduate degree in Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET).
Author of several articles on Tax Reform, Tax Justice, and Gender and Tax Law, Danielle actively participates in academic and professional discussions regarding the Brazilian tax system. She has been a member of the Tax Affairs Committee of the OAB/PE since 2017 and is a professor in the postgraduate Tax Law program at OAB/PE. She has also contributed to institutional initiatives aimed at modernizing and improving the efficiency of administrative tax litigation in the State of Pernambuco.
