Luisa Vieira Lima

Attorney with experience in tax litigation, handling administrative and judicial proceedings involving federal, state, and municipal taxes. Before joining Cunha Leão, she worked at renowned law firms in Minas Gerais and in a Tax Law chamber at the Court of Justice of the State of Minas Gerais, gaining broad insight into tax litigation.

She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Tax Law at CEDIN – Center for Studies in Law and Business, and has completed an individual course within the institution’s Master’s program. In 2023, she won first place in the Tax Moot CARF, a national competition simulating proceedings before the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals, where she served as an oral advocate and stood out in both the qualifying and semifinal rounds.
