Anthéia focuses her practice on judicial and administrative tax litigation, covering federal, state, municipal, and social security taxes. With over ten years of experience, she represents large companies in complex tax disputes, advising on procedural strategies, administrative and judicial defenses, as well as the development of legal tax arguments.
Her practice includes advising national and multinational companies in sectors such as energy, mining, oil and gas, retail, construction, fertilizers, and manufacturing, with solid experience in social security and social contribution matters.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public and Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), is a specialist in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), and earned her Law degree from Milton Campos Law School. She is also the author of publications in the fields of tax and social security law.
